COVID-19 Business Update from Contrinex

Our customers rely on Contrinex to keep their businesses running; many of them operate in essential sectors including food and beverage, healthcare and utilities. We’re still open for business so we can support them during the COVID-19 crisis, although our priority is to keep people safe, whether they’re colleagues, customers, suppliers or the general public.

Our phone lines are open, but we’ve asked many of our staff to work from home, following government guidelines in each of the countries in which Contrinex operates. We’re still taking steps to support more of our people working remotely and we’re encouraging more virtual meetings, both internally and externally.

Please be patient if we don’t deal with your calls quite as promptly as usual, and please use our customer service line at 0049 711 220 988-0 for any order–related enquires. However you contact us, we’ll make sure that the right person gets back to you as soon as possible.

We’re shipping orders as usual, although some shipments may take a little longer to arrive, simply because of the impact of COVID-19 on our logistics partners across the globe. If circumstances force us to compromise, customers operating in essential sectors get priority; we hope you understand why this is necessary.

We’d like to thank colleagues everywhere for their exceptional commitment, and our customers and suppliers for their support and understanding. We’ll keep you updated as the situation develops, and in the meantime we will deal with this challenge as we would any other – with our very best efforts.
