PRIMARY JOB RESPONSABILITIES

Role

As the Sales Manager for Global Distributors, you'll be the driving force behind achieving sales targets within our extensive global distribution network. Your expertise in negotiating global supply contracts and pricing strategies will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with our distribution partners.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to reach and surpass sales goals within the global distribution channel.
  • Forge strong global supply contracts and pricing strategies to ensure mutual success.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities at key account customers within the distribution channel.
  • Introduce innovative products, solutions, and technologies to our distributors, positioning Contrinex as an industry leader.
  • Collaborate with product management to create customized solutions tailored to distributor needs.
  • Drive forecasting and budgeting efforts for the global distribution channel.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture new distributor relationships to expand our market reach.
  • Create efficient travel schedules (approximately 30%) to engage with distributors and attend industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with the product management team to ensure a streamlined distribution network.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
    • Proven track record (5-10 years+) in global sales and account management.
    • Deep understanding of the industrial market and factory automation.
    • Experience in marketing and contract negotiation.
    • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
    • Willingness to travel (approximately 30%).
    • A passion for driving innovation and achieving outstanding results.
