YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
- Take ownership of selected Key Accounts across the DACH region
- Drive business development and reactivate dormant accounts
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data
- Guide customers in selecting the best product solutions for their applications and collaborate with internal stakeholders on customization projects when necessary
Operational Sales
- Manage the full Quote-to-Cash process
- Handle frame contracts and delivery plan management
- Track delivery schedules and ensure on-time fulfilment
- Maintain customer master data with precision
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Create and qualify new leads
- Convert online shop customers to regular clients
- Attend selected trade fairs to expand the customer network
Strategy
- Actively contribute to local and global sales meetings
- Share market insights and support the continuous improvement of sales processes
YOUR PROFILE
Education & Experience
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Knowledge of the automation industry is a strong asset
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce (or similar CRM/ERP systems)
- Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
Languages
- Fluent in German (essential)
- Good command of English or French
- Additional languages are a plus
